Come downtown on King Street for live entertainment and to browse vendors, grab some grub, get photos taken, and let the kiddos have a blast in the Kid’s Zone!
STREET CLOSURE: Please be advised the section of King St from Earl Ave to Whyte Ave will be closed at 10pm on Oct 2, with the closure extending to Van Horne Ave the next morning from 8am to 4pm. Alternate routes are available to bypass the event. See map below.
Shop our vendors…
Come peruse local vendors and artisans in the fresh outdoors one last time!
Interested in becoming a vendor at the market? Apply below!
Deadline for applications is August 25, 2026.
Vendors will be selected and notified by September 5, 2026.
Fill your belly…
Make it a family lunch date while you enjoy the activities.
Food vendors will be on site serving up delicious food!
Dress up the kids…
POSTPONED for 2026: Due to construction and the location change, the Treats & Trees Walk is postponed. We still encourage all children to come in their Halloween best if they want!
Show off your costume early with our children’s Treats & Trees Walk through a short section of the Laura Howe Trails. More silly than scary, it is appropriate for even the littlest tykes! Treats are both edible and allergen-friendly. Prizes will be up for grabs for those who travel the loop! (Keep scrolling for the route map below!)
Get dressed in your fall best…
Use our photo ops for a last chance at fall family photos.
Chantal Jacqueline Photography is this year’s photographer for on-site photo-taking! Photos will be publicly published online for free downloads after the event.
Enjoy the pumpkin entries and crafting corner…
Live Here Like You Mean It brings us the Dryden Gourd Goals pumpkin growing contest for judging at the Hay Day!
Have a beauty pumpkin you grew and want to show off? Bring your submissions to the event and you might win a ribbon and prize!
For gourds that are too heavy to carry, we allow vehicles to drive in for drop off at 9:00 am that day only. Please bring blankets or pallets to put your prized pumpkin on for showing off.
There are also crafts available for families to get creative and bring home their hard work!
And catch a live show!
We are excited to host DELTA SWEET on the Fall Fest Stage this year, starting their show at 1:30pm! And our opening act at 11:30am is Sleepy the Clown for a children’s show! Bring a chair and enjoy the free entertainment right on main street.
